Evergrowkids LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Only copyright holders or individuals authorized by them may submit notices of infringement.
Notices should be submitted in writing to the designated contact provided below.
A valid notice must include the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information of the notifier;
4. A good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Individuals who feel their material has been wrongfully removed may submit a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the counter-notice and may restore the material.
Evergrowkids LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.
